You'll work outdoors, solve real problems, work with your hands, and help customers protect their homes and families.Responsibilities Include: Performing scheduled maintenance, repairs, and service plans on automatic pool cover systemsTroubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and alignment issuesInstalling new automatic pool cover systems and replacement fabricsAccurately documenting work performed through our mobile software systemsDelivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer serviceWorking closely with your team and Service Center Leader to support daily operationsParticipating in Saturday and holiday on-call rotations during peak seasonWhat We're Looking For:We are looking for dependable, motivated people who take pride in their work and want to continue learning and growing.You Should Apply If You:Have previous technician or hands-on mechanical experienceEnjoy working with tools and solving problemsThrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the sameAre comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsBring a strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitudeWant a company that rewards performance and promotes from withinAre willing to learn, grow, and become part of a strong team cultureRequirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationComfortable using smartphones/tablets for job reportingHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredRequirementsWhy CoverSafe?Our culture is built around our core values: Humility.
