Operations Engineer - E2

Overview In this role you will serve as the FBM Program Production Operations Lead, onsite in the Littleton manufacturing center. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to align program priorities with resources, schedules, and cost targets. You will communicate progress to program leadership and interface with manufacturing leadership and finance to assess cost impacts. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to drive manufacturing execution within a high-visibility defense program and shape production decisions.
