As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you'll work directly with customers and businesses to introduce AT&T's latest wireless and connectivity solutions, answer questions, and guide them through product selections and service enrollments. Entry Level AT&T Representative Responsibilities Meet with customers and businesses to discuss AT&T products, services, and current promotions Recommend personalized wireless and internet solutions based on customer needs As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, process sales orders for all customers and businesses daily Assist customers with new service enrollments, account updates, and product selections Build lasting customer relationships through professional and knowledgeable service Educate customers on product features, benefits, and available service options Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is a plus Communication and interpersonal skills Time management skills Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Pay: $4,900.00 - $5,800.00 per month Work Location: In person
