Plant Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring we can produce millions of bars.Responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other issues on production equipment.Install and modify equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols and engineering standards.Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair history.Work effectively with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.What you bring:High school diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting and repairAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsKnowledge of PLC and HMI systems (preferred)Ability to provide own basic toolsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
