Education: HS diploma, Graduate of approved surgical tech school, unless LPN with a minimum of 2 years surgical experience Experience: Prefer experience in OR or SPD but not required License: LPN if not a Graduate of approved Surgical Tech School Certification: American Heart Association BLS.
