Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Job DescriptionWhat You Will DoIdentify and analyze process deficiencies and provide solutions to address a variety of warehousing, shipping, transportation, and scheduling requirements.Daily interface and coordination with Quality and Mission Assurance.Develop and deploy functional strategies to drive process efficiency and accuracy.Support onsite material control, fulfillment, packaging, transportation, and shipping.Align processes across relevant programs and strive for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance of government regulations and in accordance with Raytheon policies and procedures.Perform manual and clerical duties that will utilize computers involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.Will be responsible for hazardous shipments and proper packing of said shipments.Bring items to record in and ship out of ALCS.This is a first shift, onsite position.What You Will LearnPacking processes and proceduresShipping processes and proceduresStrong communication skillsStrong organizational and reconciliation skillsTime managementAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experienceExperience with Microsoft Excel, Office, Project, and/or PowerPointImport/Export experienceExperience with hazardous materialsQualifications We PreferExperience with ALCS software systemExperience driving a variety of forkliftsExperience in a Material Consolidation, Manufacturing and Depot, Production or Performance Based Logistics (PBL) environmentProperty Management in a government contractor environmentWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
