CPA or MBA preferred.Location: Taunton, MAPay Range: $200k - $225kAbout UsCommunity Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) is a mission-driven Community Mental Health Center providing outpatient, crisis, and community-based behavioral health services in southeastern Massachusetts.The RoleThe CFO is a key member of the executive team, responsible for financial leadership, operational oversight, and long-term sustainability. This role oversees finance, payroll, insurance, audits, IT systems, and credentialing in a complex, multi-service healthcare environment.Key ReponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and Board reportingOversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controlsDirect payroll operations in compliance with Massachusetts wage lawsManage insurance programs (liability, cyber, workers’ comp) and risk strategyLead audits, Form 990, and regulatory compliance (including MassHealth)Oversee revenue cycle: billing, collections, and reimbursement optimizationProvide oversight of EHR, financial systems, and data security (HIPAA compliant)Ensure efficient provider credentialing and payer enrollmentSupervise finance and administrative staff; collaborate across departmentsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field7 – 10+ years of senior financial leadership experienceNonprofit experience; healthcare/behavioral health strongly preferredPreferred:CPA or MBAExperience with Medicaid (MassHealth) and behavioral health fundingFamiliarity with Community Mental Health Center system of careCommunity Counseling of Bristol County, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
