Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments with proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, and beverage service techniques Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation protocols within the food industry Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining environments preferred Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs effectively Knowledge of food handling procedures and hospitality best practices Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Strong communication skills to engage guests positively and work collaboratively with team members Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
