Manpower - - Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the sawmill and veneer mill to ensure a safe and efficient work environment; Assist with piling four-foot boards and whole panels, ensuring proper stacking and handling; Relieve operators for breaks and support various operational functions as directed by supervisors; Operate manual and powered material handling equipment such as hand dollies, chain hoists, and forklifts (if qualified); Support training of other department employees to promote safety and productivity
