Electrical Site Supervisor

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Lead to oversee complex industrial installations and automation projects across the country. You will drive project success by managing field teams, ensuring high-quality electrical execution, and maintaining rigorous safety standards on-site. Responsibilities Direct field crews in the installation and maintenance of industrial electrical systems to ensure project milestones are met. Optimize system performance by performing advanced electrical troubleshooting and resolving technical bottlenecks. Foster a culture of safety and precision by enforcing LOTO procedures and quality control standards. Mentor junior technicians to elevate team proficiency in conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel installation. Interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints to guide installation accuracy. Coordinate with project leadership to streamline workflows and improve overall site efficiency. Required Skills Active Journeyman Electrician license. Proven experience leading field crews on industrial projects. Proficiency in conduit installation (RMT), panel wiring, and schematic reading. Valid driver's license and ability to travel for nationwide assignments. Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with PLC wiring and industrial control systems. Demonstrated ability to train others in electrical best practices. A proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
