About the Job:We are working with a scaling client who is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the sales team. The company provides an AI-driven platform that helps businesses streamline and automate sales processes . It has established multi-million dollar recurring revenue and serves a growing customer base within a large, underpenetrated market in the manufacturing and distribution space. Highlights:Strong growth and market opportunity Close collaboration with leadership Ongoing product innovation Clear need for the solution in target industries Role Overview:Own the full sales cycle from qualification through close Primarily working inbound leads generated through marketing and events Conduct demos and maintain pipeline Travel occasionally for client meetings and events Mid six-figure quota Deal sizes in the five-figure range Sales cycles of a few months What They're Looking For: 2+ years of closing experience in SaaS or similar Proven track record of meeting quota Experience managing full sales cycle Background in smaller or growth-stage environments preferred Ability to work 3 days/ a week in Boston CompensationBase salary between $80k-90k with uncapped commission and OTE of $170k
