Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.Additional Confirmations I am aware that fingerprints are a PA requirement for employment and confirm that all fingerprints will be submitted before I am cleared to startAdditional Confirmations Ability to ensure the creation and maintenance of a sterile field through the procedure based on principles of asepsis is required.Additional Confirmations Application of principles of aseptic technique, surgical technique, electrical, chemical and laser safety, positioning, and patient care management is required.Additional Confirmations Experience demonstrating care and disposition of surgical specimens, cultures, and foreign bodies is required.COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
