Triage EngineerMust Have Technical/Functional Skills1. 10+ years of experience in Production Support / Triage, with several years in a lead or managerial role overseeing L2/L3 teams.2. Proven expertise managing major incidents (P1/P2), acting as Incident Commander, and driving timely resolution across multiple teams.3. Strong technical background in Java, Scala, Python, SQL, Big Data, and AWS, enabling effective guidance and decision-making during incidents.4. Deep understanding of data platforms and large-scale systems, including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Presto, and AWS-based architectures.5. Experience establishing and enforcing incident management processes, escalation models, SLAs, and on-call rotations.6. Strong experience reviewing and approving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.7. Ability to identify recurring issues and drive long-term stability initiatives, automation, and framework reuse.8. Experience collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Business stakeholders to improve production readiness and release quality.9. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under high-pressure, business-critical situations.10. Proven ability to mentor engineers, build high-performing teams, and improve triage maturity.11. Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments, aligning support operations with development roadmaps.12.
