Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPHA) – Contract

Job Overview Bloom Family Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPHA) to join our growing community-based mental health agency as a 1099 independent contractor. This role is primarily responsible for providing clinical oversight, completing and reviewing assessments, and supporting service delivery for clients receiving behavioral health services. This is a fully remote, flexible position ideal for a licensed clinician looking to supplement their income while supporting a mission-driven organization focused on improving community mental health outcomes. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and oversight as needed Review and sign IM+CANS assessments and treatment plans Ensure services meet Medicaid and MCO compliance standards Provide consultation and guidance to staff regarding client care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in occasional case reviews or team communication Provide telehealth services if applicable (optional) Qualifications Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT (LPHA required) Experience working in mental health or community-based services Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and documentation standards (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience with IM+CANS (preferred but not required) Compensation: Flexible, based on services provided (assessments, supervision, sessions) Schedule: Flexible schedule based on availability Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: $50–$75 per IM+CANS assessment (or hourly equivalent) Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): What license do you hold?
