Family Medicine/Primary care physician opening in Los Angeles, CA area FQHC (Federally qualified health center) setting. Group has 13 locations in the surrounding cities of San Bernardino, Ontario, Fontana, Colton, East Los Angeles and Pomona, CA.100% outpatient position. Position available due to growth. 40 total providers in the groupTelephone call only and is shared at 1 in 5 with other providers.EMR is eClinical Works Base salary range is $270,000 - $300,000 based on experience and volumes the candidate wishes to see. Production bonus system in place.Doctors average 20-25 patient visits daily (lots of room for growth as desired)Medical, Dental, Vision covered at 100% for the doctor and family. 403B retirement with 4% match and $350,000 in life insurance.Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocationPTO includes 6 sick days per year, 6 holidays, 15 vacation days in year one and 20 in year 2. Vacation days go up to 25 after 5 years of service.5 days of CME and $2,000 allowance annually.
