Position Title Inpatient Adolescent PsychiatristLocation Tucson, AZPalo Verde Behavioral Health has a longstanding reputation for stability in mental health and substance-use treatment, serving patients in and around Tucson since 1960. We offer individualized, inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment programs for adults and adolescents.Position DetailsPatient population Inpatient adolescent care for patients ages 12-17.Care Setting Mostly inpatient work with additional adolescent PHP/IOP available (optional).Manageable Caseload Average of 15 total patient encounters per day.Position Type Full-time Employed W-2 with benefits or 1099 Independent Contractor available.Schedule Monday-Friday, days only.Call No weekday call required.Weekends Average 15 weekend rounding split amongst the team.Benefits and CompensationCompetitive base salary range $330,000-$350,000.Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance available.Bonus Additional earnings through potential via Productivity Bonus and additional weekend coverage and evening call.
