We have an exciting opportunity for a Registration Manager to join our Event Performance Team. This role will lead the end-to-end registration process across our live and virtual events, encompassing advanced event technologies and strategies that drive attendee engagement and operational excellence. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong vendor management experience and a passion for improving event workflows and customer experience, this may be the perfect fit for you.
As our Registration Manager, you’ll support Questex’s success by:
Leading the full lifecycle of registration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to optimize registration strategy
Managing our registration platform (currently Maritz/CDS), generating reports, and traveling onsite to oversee execution and train event staff
Developing cross-functional processes that capture valuable data and drive efficiency and cost savings
Evaluating onsite signage and registration layouts to enhance the attendee and exhibitor experience
Supporting complementary event technologies such as mobile apps, agenda platforms, and project management tools
Your Experience and Education Include:
3–5+ years of event management experience
Strong knowledge of event technology and attendee registration optimization
Advanced skills in registration platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work across teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various audiences
Experience supporting large-scale events, especially from a planning and technology perspective
Willingness to travel to 8–12 tradeshows annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications. Market, geographic, and organizational factors are also considered.
