Program Manager

An established aerospace and advanced manufacturing organization specializing in the design, production, and assembly of complex components is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex aerospace manufacturing programs from contract award through delivery. This role will own overall program performance across cost, schedule, quality, delivery, and technical execution, while leading a cross-functional matrix team.What You’ll Do:Lead programs and establish strategic and tactical objectives aligned with customer and business requirementsManage program scope, cost, schedule, quality, and delivery commitmentsCoordinate complex, cross-functional projects across engineering, operations, quality, finance, and other functionsDevelop and maintain program management plans, schedules, and risk registersMonitor program performance and drive corrective actions to ensure commitments are metLead and participate in Program, Configuration Control Board, Program Control Board, and customer meetingsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global customersSupport international travel and customer engagement as neededWhat You Bring:3+ years of relevant Program Management experienceExperience leading complex, cross-functional programs in aerospace manufacturingBachelor’s degree is requiredStrong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skillsSolid technical, financial, and business acumenAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with global customersPreferred: PMP certification
