Sales Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales efforts across various channels, including B2B and retail sales. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in outside and inside sales, account management, and business development. You will be responsible for managing territory accounts, generating leads, conducting product demos, and fostering customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and a solid understanding of technology sales are highly valued. Responsibilities Manage and develop assigned territory accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research Support business development initiatives to expand market presence Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software like Salesforce Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients effectively Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize account value Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist in managing sales pipelines and forecasting future sales performance Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies Familiarity with marketing techniques related to sales growth and customer engagement Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Prior experience in technology or product-based sales is preferred but not required Pay: From $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
