This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely processing of shipments, and proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Utilize ERP system to coordinate and prioritize shipping and receiving schedulesPack goods to meet internal and customer expectationsAccept and sign for deliveriesLoad and unload shipmentsUse dollies, forklifts, and other moving equipmentOpen boxes and inspect contents of shipmentsProcess returns (RMA’s) for defective or incorrect itemsCreate purchase orders for subcontract workCheck shipping documentation for accuracyContact departments to resolve shipment discrepanciesStore, restock, and shelf delivery items as necessaryEnsure the shipping area is clean and organizedCoordinate transfers for shipments moving to another locationConduct inventory as requiredReport major or unresolved shipment delays or problems Qualifications:Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency with ERP software and Microsoft OfficeBasic math skillsTeam player with clear communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with shipping and receiving proceduresCapable of operating forklifts and basic hand toolsShipping and manufacturing experienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredSafety-conscious and continuous improvement mindsetBenefit Offerings: Competitive Compensation Package including healthcare, dental and supplementary insurance, 401K, vacation and holiday pay.
