Qualifications For SuccessProven experience in hotel front office operations. Exceptional verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and time management abilities. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general computer literacy. Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills. Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends. Expertise in guest relations, reporting, and accounting. Physical DemandsThis role requires regular sitting, standing, bending, walking, and the use of hands for various tasks. The ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds and excellent vision for computer work are essential.
