DataStaff, Inc is currently seeking a Cúram V6 Certified Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Durham, NC * This role is hybrid* Some local travel may be requiredJob DescriptionAssist with the development and implementation of NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) utilizing Cúram Software.Lead significant delivery responsibilities, including functional and detailed requirement development and code development.Act as the primary on-site contact for development-related questions and issues that cannot be addressed by technical consultants.Collaborate closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues and may serve as a senior technical developer.Engage in business and workflow process modeling and reengineering using Cúram.Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional and detailed design, and lifecycle management.Use Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).Work with technologies such as Oracle, XML, WebSphere, Java, J2EE, J2SE, XML, XSL, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL).Generate and maintain technical documents using MS Office products.Report status updates to the NC FAST Project Manager and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Knowledge, Abilities, and ExperienceExperience in full lifecycle development of Cúram requirements through design and testing.Hands-on experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules.Strong problem identification and technical troubleshooting skills.Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience creating technical documentation using MS Office tools.Ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders and respond proactively to project needs.Skilled in organizing and prioritizing complex technical procedures.Required SkillsCúram V6 Certified Developer3 Years - Social enterprise management experience.3 Years - Experience as a Cúram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing.3 Years - Experience in development with both the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules.3 Years - Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues.3 Years - Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.3 Years - Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options.Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.3 Years - Experience using the Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).3 Years - Experience using Oracle and Subversion.3 Years - Technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL.3 Years - Technical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL).Desired SkillsExperience with Oracle database platforms and tools.Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere.State Government Experience.This opportunity is available as a corp to corp or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
