In addition, you must be able to accurately diagnose and resolve the client's roof related issues.What You'll DoPerform hands-on service and repairs on commercial flat roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and BURConduct detailed roof inspections and diagnose deficiencies, leaks, and wear-and-tear issues accuratelyExecute timely, high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance while adhering to safety protocols and industry best practicesCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, documenting findings and recommending solutions using mobile reporting toolsCollaborate closely with the Service Manager to plan daily routes, ensure timely project completion, and update job statusesMaintain company vehicle, tools, and materials in clean, organized, and operational conditionRepresent Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence on every job siteContinue learning and developing skills through on-the-job training, manufacturer certifications, and team mentoringWhat You Bring2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing service, repairs, or installation (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, or Modified Bitumen)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to getting the job done right the first timeFamiliarity with hand and power tools, roofing safety practices, and OSHA standardsAbility to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in various weather conditions and heightsProfessional attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindsetExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain work performedValid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)Willingness to learn, grow, and earn manufacturer and safety certifications as part of a high-performing teamBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountEmployer-paid life insurance401(k) with up to 4% employer matchPaid holidays and vacationThis position is available immediately.
