Assistant Coach, Men’s and Women’s Golf

Job DescriptionPaine College seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Golf. This full-time position works closely with the Head Coach to support all aspects of the golf program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, energy, and a strong commitment to advancing the success of student-athletes and the mission of Paine College.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist with all facets of the golf program, including:Training and skill developmentRecruiting prospective student-athletesOrganizing team travel and logisticsStrength and conditioning programsPractice planning and executionFundraising and alumni engagementCommunity involvement and First Tee of Augusta initiativesEnsure compliance with Paine College, NCCAA Division I rules, and institutional policies.Represent Paine College with professionalism and integrity.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsSuccessful coaching, recruiting, and/or playing experience at the collegiate level required.Working knowledge of NCCAA Division I rules and regulations.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Commitment to academic success and the educational mission of Paine College.High moral character and adherence to university and state codes of conduct.EvaluationPerformance will be assessed in accordance with Paine College’s faculty/staff evaluation process.Paine College is an Affirmative Action, Equal Educational Opportunity Institution.
