The Sourcing, Contracts and SLP/SIPM Lead, is responsible for all Sourcing, Contracts and SLP tracks.Your key areas of responsibilities will include:Domain specialist in Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts areaAdept at designing and implementing solutions for clients using SAPActivate methodologyClient interaction during entire project lifecycleEnsure high customer satisfaction through on-time in-scope delivery of projectsExpertise in defining solution strategy and conducting workshops to gather customer requirementsManage the work stream of the project teamExcellent documentation skillsPrepare detailed functional specs for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and formsGuide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraintsConduct user trainingFacilitate integration and user acceptance testingSupport business users with process or system issuesQualificationsThought leadership in sourcing domain3+ years of business experience in large organization in procurement and sourcing, vendor management and contracts management4+ years of implementation experience in area of Ariba Sourcing, SLP/SIPM and Contracts space with minimum one implementation where upstream and downstream Ariba solutions were involved/in scope3+ full cycle implementations of Ariba Sourcing, SLP/SIPM and ContractsMust have knowledge of Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba SLP/SIPMMust have Ariba configuration, enhancement and customization experienceMust have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applicationsExcellent communication and presentation skills
