Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.About the RoleAs a Site Reliability Engineer at OpenLoop, you'll help ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud infrastructure supporting our telehealth platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to improve automation, observability, and incident response. Based in our Nashville office, you'll contribute to building resilient systems and a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement.What You'll DoCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with engineering teams to improve system reliability and deployment practicesEngage with Openloop teams on SRE guidelines and best practices about automation and infrastructureWork with security teams to implement secure, compliant infrastructureOperational ExcellenceEnsure 24/7 system availability and rapid incident responseImplement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plansSkilled at performance tuning - identifying bottlenecks at infra, app, and database layers.SecurityUnderstanding of cloud security principles (least privilege, network segmentation, encryption at rest/in transit).Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) and how SRE supports them.CulturalAdvocate for blameless culture and continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with product and engineering to make reliability a shared responsibility.Who You Are2-3 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability EngineeringGood background in AWS, particularly with serverless architecturesUnderstanding of observability and incident managementStrong knowledge in at least one programming language (Typescript, Python, Go, etc.).
