WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma or equivalent Current and Valid IN State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse Excellent verbal communication skills Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Prior medical/DME experience preferred WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Working closely with Case management to fulfill needs for discharging patients. Efficiently set up CPAP devices for patients, ensuring proper installation, calibration, and function. Answer all questions regarding equipment, pricing, insurance, etc. Process patient personal information for insurance orders Maintain open lines of communication between the hospital and Binson's Deliver and instruct on the orders throughout hospital/retail store and document in EMR system Obtain verbal or written form from physician to process order Deliver equipment to patient homes or nearby hospitals using personal vehicle Deliver anywhere between Auburn, IN to New Haven, IN LOCATION & SCHEDULE: Parkview DeKalb Hospital - 1316 E 7th St, Auburn, IN 46706 OR Fort Wayne Retail Location - 2934 E.
