Overview As a Program Manager for Internal Systems, you own cross-functional initiatives that keep our tooling, IT, and security landscape healthy at scale. You translate requirements into actionable plans, drive on-time delivery, and create automated, efficient processes that reduce manual work. You’ll partner with every function to ensure governance, compliance, and visible progress. This role offers high ownership from day one and a direct impact on company-wide efficiency and risk posture. ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and reporting for cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives (tooling rollouts, migrations, process redesigns)Translate high-level integration goals into detailed roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflowsPrioritize automation-first approaches to replace repetitive manual work with automation, workflows, and AI agentsMaintain operating rhythm via recurring reviews, dashboards, and status updates for leadershipSupport compliance evidence processes with Security and Finance to maintain SOC controls and audit readinessDevelop the Internal Systems playbook with standards, playbooks, and documentationCoordinate cross-functional execution with business leaders to remove roadblocks and drive momentumEnsure executive visibility through clear project documentation and stakeholder updates Key requirements5+ years in program management or a closely related field at a fast-growing technology companyProven track record of end-to-end cross-functional programs with strong coordinationHands-on experience coordinating integrations across a modern software stackExperience managing vendors, contracts, and renewal cyclesAutomation-first mindset using scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or AI to reduce manual workExcellent written and verbal communication with ability to distill complexityExceptional attention to detail and execution qualitystrong communicationcross-functional collaborationattention to detailintegration coordination across a modern software stackautomation tooling, scripting, no-code/low-codeAI agent-enabled automation
