The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the company's accounting department, budget and forecasting process, month-end and year-end closing process, and regulatory compliance obligations. This role also involves the implementation, documentation, and maintenance of internal controls, as well as treasury management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of combined finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years' in an audit capacity at an accounting firm, preferably with Big Four or national firm experience. A Certified Public Accountant designation is highly preferred.Applicants for the Director of Finance and Accounting position at the company should possess a deep analytical capability with solid financial modeling skills, an exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to work after hours to meet job demands.
