Counter Associate

Job DescriptionF.W. Webb, the Northeast's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Counter Associate at its South Portland, ME location.Responsibilities: Greet customers and create a positive FW Webb experienceAssist customers with placing orders and checking inventoryPull, double check, and pack product for counter customersCheck on parts, pricing and availability from outside vendors for customersFace shelves, put away counter stock, and restock pipe racks dailyCreate transfers for customers, if product is unavailableProcess returns, debit memos, and warrantiesWrite bidsEffectively multitask in a fast-paced work environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications:Previous counter experience preferredMust be customer service focused and quality orientedGood communication and interpersonal skillsCompany DescriptionHeadquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts, F.W.
