Manager I, Engineering - Core Analytics

Overview As Engineering Manager, you will lead a small, hands-on data engineering team building a secure, scalable Data Access Platform that powers AI research and analytics. You’ll define the technical direction, contribute to design and code, and collaborate with Applied AI, Product Analytics, and platform teams to deliver reliable datasets and APIs. You’ll balance immediate delivery with long-term platform planning, driving governance, security, and scalable data pipelines. This role offers scope to grow the platform and evolve into a higher engineering tier as impact expands.
