Position Details Starting Pay: $19–$22/hour Service Areas: Merced, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties Setting: In home, In school and In Daycare. * The majority of our clients receive in-home services; however, we also provide some in-school and in-daycare services. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, primarily in home. Implement behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision. Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas. Collect data and collaborate with supervisors and care teams. Continue building your expertise through ongoing training and mentorship. What We’re Looking For Active RBT certification (required) Passion for working directly with children and families. Patient, reliable, dedicated and eager to learn. Strong commitment to professional growth. Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Proof of education, current auto insurance, and immunization records. Must be able to perform essential work duties such as lifting, squatting, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily job duties.
