.Net Lead with AWS

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, architect scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration of .NET applications with cloud-native services.Key Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.• Architect, design, and implement scalable applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#.• Integrate applications with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation).• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/EKS).• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Owners) to deliver high-quality solutions.• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in cloud environments.• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster continuous learning within the team.• Stay updated with emerging technologies in .NET and AWS to recommend improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM).• Proficiency in DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Terraform).• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, security protocols, and cloud-native design patterns.
