From our team members to trade partners, clients, and the community, you'll create an environment where everyone goes home safely, every single day.What You'll Do:Lead with ImpactProvide clear, confident safety leadership across multiple job sites in your regionServe as the go-to technical resource and trusted advisor for project teamsDrive our Safety and Incident Prevention Program with passion and purposeEnsure ExcellenceMaintain rigorous compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practicesConduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and near missesPerform comprehensive safety assessments and communicate findings to regional leadershipEducate and EmpowerTrain associates and trade partners on critical safety topicsLead engaging safety orientations that set the tone for our safety cultureFacilitate meaningful safety meetings that drive awareness and accountabilityReview and manage safety submittals with meticulous attention to detailCollaborate and ConsultWork effectively with our diverse workforce and trade partner communityProvide expert guidance to subcontractors when they need supportBuild strong relationships that make safety a shared commitmentWhat You'll Bring:Required QualificationsOSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training CertificationAdditional credible safety accreditationsProven experience in safety management within the general construction industryStrong leadership skills and ability to influence across all levelsPreferred QualificationsBilingual fluency in English and SpanishCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationSamet is a leader in design-build construction and real estate development services headquartered in Greensboro, NC, with a market focus on Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, and Multi-Family Housing.
