This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.Position DescriptionThe selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Program Analyst for a Navy Mission Systems program support contract.YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCEResponsibilitiesProviding engineering and technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems to meet technical requirements.Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for new technology insertion and assist in development of technical potential new requirements and concept feasibility.Assist in development of systems engineering schedules, milestone briefings and presentations, including required funds and man-hours expenditures.Required QualificationsTechnical understanding of the Department of the Defense C5I Network Infrastructure, Systems, Hardware, and SoftwareUnderstanding of DoD Acquisition for Integration of Joint Systems, network integration, cyber, Navy platform systemsUnderstanding of Modular Open Systems Approach to design and implement future capabilities for the NavyTechnical writing skills for briefings, white papers, data-calls, and other program office communications.Desired QualificationsExperience managing SharePoint sitesCreate automated workflows using Power BI and Power AutomateTravel RequirementsTravel Expectations
