Within Central Marketing, the Data Driven Communications team partners closely with marketing and business leaders to support client acquisition and engagement strategies by identifying key events, triggers, alerts, and attributes that enable timely, relevant, and personalized interactions.Our team leverages Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and deliver sophisticated, multi-touch, multi-channel communication journeys for prospects and clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who is passionate about execution excellence, platform health, and enabling impactful marketing at enterprise scale.As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in executing Marketing Cloud programs while helping ensure the stability, scalability, and ongoing optimization of the platform. You will be a trusted partner to marketing, technology, and business teams across the firm.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Cloud Execution and SupportSupport marketing programs utilizing Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and select custom integrationsBuild and maintain advanced, multi-touch customer journeys using decision, random, and engagement splitsCreate campaign audiences using data extensions, data filters, SQL activities, and journey dataConduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant campaign deploymentsMonitor active campaigns and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful deliveryEmail and Messaging ExcellenceMonitor and manage email deliverability and sender reputation across email clientsPromote consistent, accessible, and reusable email templates, content modules, and documentationDevelop email templates, content modules, and CloudPages using HTML, AMPscript, JavaScript, and WYSIWYG editorsApply email best practices and guidelines, including those relevant to regulated industriesPlatform Health and EnablementLead ongoing platform health monitoring, troubleshoot system issues, and provide user support in a large enterprise environmentAdvise business and technical partners on Marketing Cloud best practices while supporting business objectivesMaintain standard operating procedures, including naming conventions, folder structures, and campaign standardsManage and support integrations with related platforms such as DAM, CRM, data tools, and advertising channelsChampion the capabilities of Marketing Cloud and the Data Driven Communications team across the firmLeverage AI tools where appropriate to drive efficiency, quality, and scaleWhat you haveTo ensure we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo", this role has specific qualifications candidates should have for success:Required Qualifications:Marketing Cloud Email Specialist CertificationMarketing Cloud Consultant Certification4+ years' experience as a Marketing Cloud Admin, Architect or Email SpecialistExperience working with Marketing Cloud data extensions, SQL queries, and AMPScriptExperience documenting customer problems and software solutions using BRDs, wireframes, diagrams, workflows and mockupsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity w/ Sales Cloud and/or Financial Services CloudExperience with the Agile methodology and JIRA softwareCreative problem solver and innovative out-of-the-box thinker who can effectively collaborate with both technology and business partners to design new products and applications4+ years' experience with HTML, JSON, JavaScript and CSS4+ years' experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudMarketing Cloud Admin or Developer Certification a plusBachelor's degree
