Quality ManagerLocation: Garland, TXHours: Mon-Fri core business hoursIndustry: High volume manufacturing companyPay: $100,000-120,000 DOERequired: US CitizenshipWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead all quality systems and compliance activities within a manufacturing facility in the Garland Texas area. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for planning, coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving all quality-related processes across the site.The successful candidate will act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across production, engineering, and support functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Quality department of 6 Technicians / AuditorsAnalyze production data and product specifications to define and maintain quality standards.Establish and communicate system and product quality performance expectations across departments.Lead cross-functional quality initiatives using standardized work instructions and procedures.Plan and execute projects assessing the accuracy and capability of production, testing, and measurement equipment.Represent quality and administrative functions in internal and external customer performance reviews.Manage and develop teams supporting quality systems, product compliance, and training activities.Oversee internal audits and quality system compliance, serving as site representative for third-party audits and corrective/preventive actions.Qualifications and Experience required:Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience within quality systems management - preferred, not requiredMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or Quality Systems role within manufacturingStrong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and corrective/preventive action processesAbility to read, interpret, and develop technical and quality documentationStrong communication skills with the ability to present information across all levels of the organizationProficient in statistical methods, basic mathematics, and quality analysis toolsHow To ApplyContact: Sam WildOffice: 945-256-5118Job reference number: 2601If you would like to find out more, simply click apply.This position is commutable from: Garland, Plano, Richardson, Mesquite, Rockwall or Rowlett, Dallas, GreenvilleRelevant Job Titles: Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager, Quality Systems Manager, Manager Quality, Head of Quality, Manager of Quality, Quality LeaderAll applicants must live in the USA and be eligible to work and live in the USA.
