Locums Surgical PA (Breast Surgery) Inpatient Seattle, WA (IMLC accepted) Why This Role Dedicated breast surgery support role with established surgical team Predictable 4-day workweek with no call or weekends Ongoing need with potential for extension Work alongside experienced surgeons and APP team Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP (upon credentialing) End Date: 9/30/2026 (potential to extend) Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Setting: Inpatient Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week No weekends, no call Day off varies based on OR schedule Patient Volume: TBD EMR: Epic Credentialing: 30 Äì90 days Location: Seattle, WA Requirements Board Certified PA Active WA license or IMLC BLS required Prior surgical experience required Breast surgery experience preferred (not required) NPDB self-query (within 30 days) Must be responsive for credentialing process Clinical Details Assist breast surgeons in inpatient setting Responsibilities include: Surgical assist and perioperative care Patient management and rounding Pre-op and post-op care coordination Work alongside: 5 APPs and multidisciplinary surgical team No admissions required No supervision of other APPs
