Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, is hiring an Employee Rights Litigation Attorney for our Independence, Ohio office, serving clients throughout the Cleveland and Akron areas.This role is for an attorney who wants more than a desk job. Clients come to us after being wrongfully terminated, sexually harassed, discriminated against, retaliated against, denied protected leave, or cheated out of wages. They need a lawyer who can listen, think strategically, communicate clearly, and fight for them.At Spitz, you will work on real employment law cases from the beginning. You will meet with clients, evaluate claims, draft charges and legal documents, negotiate resolutions, participate in litigation strategy, and develop the skills needed to become a strong employee-side advocate. You will not be hidden in the background waiting years for meaningful responsibility.We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, empathetic, and ready to grow in a fast-paced litigation environment. Employment law experience is helpful, but not required. What matters most is judgment, work ethic, communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping employees stand up to unlawful workplace conduct.Our Independence office offers an opportunity to build a litigation career with one of the nation’s leading employee-side employment law firms while serving workers across Northeast Ohio.Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
