If you see automation and IaC as the ultimate way to craft reliable, repeatable Azure solutions—and you thrive on replacing manual toil with seamless, self-healing infrastructure—then we want to talk to you.Why should you apply here?With a proud 40-year legacy, this firm stands at the forefront of its industry, setting the standard for excellence and innovation.Home to over 800 dedicated professionals, the company thrives with the energy and agility of a mid-sized powerhouse.As a privately held company with an Employee Stock Ownership Program, every employee is empowered to shape the company’s future.The arrival of a visionary CIO in 2023 sparked rapid IT expansion, quadrupling the team from 5 to 20 members in record time.Cutting-edge automation and robust security are at the heart of every initiative.Nearly all projects are new development, backed by the latest resources and tools to ensure success.IT champions open communication, seamless collaboration, and a culture where everyone thrives.Enjoy continuous opportunities to learn, grow, and advance their careers.What will you be doing?Design and manage cloud infrastructure with Azure and Terraform IaC.Enable reliable production redeployment with Terraform, version control, and documentation.Design resilient solutions with Azure PaaS services (SQL Managed Instance, Function Apps, Data Lake, Databricks, Entra ID, DevOps, Azure Files).Develop HA and disaster recovery strategies for business continuity.Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.Collaborate with Architecture and BI teams to improve infrastructure and deployment reliability.Lead DevOps operations to ensure robust monitoring, alerting, rollback, and scaling.Maintain infrastructure documentation and DR runbooks.Build and maintain Azure dashboards for performance and cost management.Regularly test disaster recovery solutions and runbooks.Implement proactive monitoring and optimization to improve efficiency and control costs.What are the minimum qualifications?Bachelor in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years IT experience, 4+ with Azure.Proficiency in Terraform IaC is a must.Expertise in Entra ID Conditional Access and PIM.Experience conducting failover drills for Disaster Recovery.Experience with remote state, locking, and modular code for cross-team use.Azure Policy experience for security in deployments.Proficient with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.Experience with RBAC, Key Vault, and encryption.Knowledge of Azure PaaS: SQL MI, Function Apps, Data Lake, Azure Files.Experience with MFA, SSO, and IAM.Understanding of Azure networking, identity, and security.Hands-on with Azure Resource Manager and proficient with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What will make your résumé stand out?Azure certifications like Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect are preferred.Chaos Studio experience for resilience testing.Familiarity with Hub-and-Spoke topologies, Azure Firewall Premium, and Private Links to keep traffic off the public internet.HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional.Location: Hybrid/Dallas, TX. Work onsite 2–3 days per week for your first 60 days.
