Warehouse Associate Runners, Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in our Frederick, Maryland! For nearly 40 years, Runners, Inc. has provided trusted logistics, warehousing, distribution, and delivery services throughout the region. We pride ourselves on teamwork, reliability, and getting the job done right. Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Occasional weekends as needed What You'll Do Load, unload, sort, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Receive and inspect incoming shipments Prepare orders for delivery and distribution Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment Assist with general warehouse operations and special projects Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely lift and move 70+ pound boxes regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Forklift experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Stable, full-time employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment If you're ready to work with a company that values dedication, teamwork, and exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!
