Ansgar, Iowa – Family Medicine Physician
Practice Overview
Full spectrum practice – outpatient clinic in St. inpatient rounding and ER in Osage
Join a 2‑clinic team of 5 Physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers
Newborn to end‑of‑life care – OB shared care optional
Flexible weekly schedule – 4 or 4.5 day work week
Lab, x‑ray & pharmacy located in the clinic
On‑site specialists: 1 Podiatrist, 1 General Surgeon, 1 Optometrist, 2 CRNAs; Admit patients to Mitchell County Regional Health Center, a 25‑bed critical access hospital with annual admissions of 600; a Top 100 hospital
Services at Mitchell County include General Surgery, pulmonary and sports rehab, speech therapy, PT, OT, Cardiac Rehab, medical nutrition therapy, bone densitometry, CT, mobile MRI, mammography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, vascular screening, etc.
Affiliate of MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center

Qualifications
Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required.
Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program.
Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center‑North Iowa medical staff privileges.
Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license.
