Key Responsibilities Underwrite new and renewal contract surety submissions for complex accounts Make independent decisions ensuring compliance with underwriting strategy and state laws Manage a profitable book of contract surety business and develop strong relationships with brokers and contractors Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field 7-10 years of progressively complex underwriting experience in contract surety Professional designation preferred (AFSB, CPCU) Advanced understanding of contractor financials and construction risk
