Job Title: Project Manager (Structural Steel) Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 (+ Bonus) Location: Waxahachie, TX Industry: Structural SteelCore Function:You'll be instrumental in supervising and coordinating every facet of structural steel construction projects. This role involves leading a committed team| partnering with clients| and guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant project accomplishment.The Client:Our client is an AISC-accredited fabrication company focusing on structural steel projects. Prioritizing quality safety and innovation striving to provide outstanding outcomes to their clientele. Presently they're in search of a skilled and driven Structural Steel Project Manager to become a part of the team.Responsibilities:•Develop comprehensive project plans| including scope| budget| and schedule.•Monitor project budgets and control expenses.•Review and negotiate contracts with clients| suppliers| and subcontractors.•Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.•Provide leadership and direction to project teams.Requirements:•Proficient in project management software.
