Position Summary The Material Handler is responsible for moving and tracking equipment, parts and tools for the warehouse. This individual will also collaborate with staff to coordinate the shipping and receiving of materials within the facilities. The Material Handler is a key member of the warehouse team and will build and maintain strong relationships with internal members and vendors. The position is based in Wink Texas at the Felix Yard warehouse. The position reports to the Inventory Supervisor. Pilot Water Solutions (“PWS”) is the most reliable name in water midstream. Essential Job Duties Coordinates internal customer requests on a timely manner utilizing the warehouse management system (NetSuite). Distribute parts to operators or other field personnel, document withdrawals, and ensure every transaction is logged accordingly to maintain traceability and cost accuracy. Prepares orders by following processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Operates various types of warehouse equipment; loads and offload all incoming/outgoing shipments. Loads/Blocks/Braces and/or heats shrink product for shipment. Tracks orders, resolve shipping issues, schedule deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Performs cycle counts and assist with the resolution of inventory issues. Ensures quality and accuracy of ordered supplies, products, materials and equipment Handle defective or warrantycovered parts by preparing return shipments, tracking vendor repairs, and ensuring repaired items are returned and restocked promptly. Maintain accurate stock levels, set reorder points, and prevent shortages that could delay repairs or production. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Communicates with supervisor and necessary stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner. Performs routine housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse. Completes all necessary daily tasks/checklists as required by supervisor. Complies with all Company policies and procedures; adheres and is compliant to safety and environmental guidelines. Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent such as a GED Must be 18 years of age. Strong customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills to identify and understand issues. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of organization. Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant. Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and confidential information. Able to travel from Wink location and the Felix Man Map location as needed. Preferred Qualifications Forklift operation experience/ certification 1 years of experience in warehouse or inventory position Knowledge of NetSuite Equipment Used Forklift Inventory ladder Warehouse and material handling equipment Computer/laptop/Smartphone Multi-purpose copier/printer Standard office supplies Physical Requirements Standard office environment. Must be able to drive, stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear when performing job duties. Must be available for rotating on-call schedule. Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and warehouse equipment Must be able to work under increment weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
