We pride ourselves on building long-term partnerships with our customers by providing not only adhesive solutions, but also equipment support, inventory management, and responsive service that keeps production running.As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Parts Division and looking for a highly organized, driven individual to help build and scale this operation into a best-in-class support program for our customers and sales team.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Parts Program Specialist to join our team. This is not a traditional customer service position. This role is responsible for helping own and grow our parts program through inventory management, procurement, fulfillment coordination, customer support, and internal sales support.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, communicates proactively, and takes pride in creating organized systems that improve efficiency and customer experience.This individual will play a critical role in ensuring BC Adhesives delivers a fast, reliable, and customer-first parts operation that supports both our customers and our sales team.Core Responsibilities:Inventory Strategy & ControlManage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock accuracyMonitor min/max levels and reorder points by SKU and usage trendsIdentify critical stocking needs, slow-moving inventory, and opportunities for improvementTrack supplier lead times and inventory performanceOrdering & ProcurementCreate and manage purchase orders with suppliersCommunicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead timesMonitor backorders and proactively communicate delays internally and externallyMaintain accurate expected receipt dates within ERP/CRM systemsFulfillment & LogisticsCoordinate order processing, shipping, and fulfillment activitiesAssist with freight decisions including UPS, LTL, and local delivery coordinationSupport same-day shipping processes and urgent “hot order” requestsHelp maintain organized packing, labeling, and fulfillment proceduresInternal Sales SupportAssist sales team with quote support and parts cross-referencingHelp identify aftermarket and alternative part solutionsProvide availability and lead time updates to internal and external teamsSupport revenue growth by helping create fast and accurate customer responsesCustomer Experience & SupportProvide outstanding customer support via phone and emailResolve customer issues including delays, shortages, returns, and order discrepanciesMaintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status updatesAccurately document customer interactions and resolutions within company systemsQualifications:3-5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, inside sales, operations, or procurement preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and ExcelStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-throughAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ERP, CRM, inventory, or customer service systems preferredA team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownershipWhat Success Looks Like:Customers receive fast and accurate supportOrders ship on time and with minimal errorsInventory is organized and proactively managedInternal sales teams receive quick responses and reliable supportBC Adhesives continues building a reputation as the easiest company in the industry to do business withCompensation Package:Competitive salaryBonus and commission opportunitiesProfit sharing401(k)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacationOpportunity for long-term growth within a rapidly expanding companyJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceShift:8 hour shiftAbility to Relocate:Franklin, WI 53132: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
