Our ideal candidate will take direction from the Executive Management team well, offer creative and prompt solutions to issues, and provide meticulous attention to detail.Role & ResponsibilitiesGeneral daily activitiesFielding borrower requests, researching, monitoring significant events, uploading documents, monitoring emails and phone linesMaintaining loan data in Enterprise! databaseEstablishing and maintaining relationships with borrowers in assigned portfolio of loansWork closely with other Servicing team members, Closing, Investor Accounting and Asset Management teamsAssist Dwight Capital Origination and Underwriting teams as requestedTransaction processing, including escrow disbursements for insurance, taxes, and replacement reservesOnboarding assigned newly closed loans to Enterprise!, inclusive of taxes and insurance coveragesDraft and send welcome emails, with relevant documents, to Borrowers of newly closed loansMonitor and process tax parcel payments via Enterprise! and CoreLogicMaintain compliant insurance coverages and process premium invoicesEscrow Analysis run annually for loans in assigned portfolioProcess HUD MIP annually and update Enterprise! for loans in assigned portfolioMonitor and maintain Letters of Credit for loans in assigned portfolioYear End Audit & Financials Reporting processes for loans in assigned portfolioMaintain accurate ACH debit information in Enterprise!Issue revised billing statements when necessarySend payment reminder and delinquent emails as necessary for loans in assigned portfolioMonitor loan payment activity with Asset ManagerUCC processing – monitor renewal dates and process accordingly to obtain recorded documentsRequired Experience & Skill SetsExperience in loan servicing preferredHUD multifamily lending/servicing experience a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient use of Microsoft Office, inclusive of Excel, Word, Outlook, TeamsGeneral database knowledge and experienceAbility to multitask and work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesAbility to learn quickly and work independently
