Barista

We are seeking experienced and service-oriented individuals for immediate openings as Baristas. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, as well as providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures are essential. The position requires standing for extended periods, multitasking efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout each shift. Responsibilities Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations. Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages, according to standardized recipes. Proper operating and maintenance of the espresso machines and other coffee equipment. Ensuring consistent beverage quality and presentation. Providing recommendations and answering customer questions about menu items. Baristas play a crucial role in providing a positive customer experience. You must greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operating the POS system to process orders and payments. Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately. Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining the cleanliness of the service area. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and temperatures of the drinks; follows HACCP standards. Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standard. Performs other duties as assigned.
