Service Technician

What You'll Do As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain agriculture and construction equipment to keep our customers productive and running efficiently. Your work may take place in the shop or at customer locations, depending on the job. Key responsibilities include:Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agriculture and construction equipment following manufacturer procedures and quality standardsInstalling, setting up, and preparing new and used equipment for customers and dealer inventoryTroubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsCompleting repairs safely, professionally, and in a timely mannerDocumenting work performed, parts used, and labor accuratelyProviding outstanding customer service when working directly with customersManaging a variety of tasks, from long-term projects to daily service needsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work areaTraveling to customer sites, trainings, and meetings as needed What It Takes to Succeed This role is ideal for someone who:Enjoys mechanical work and solving hands-on problemsBrings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every jobCan stay organized and productive in a fast-paced service environmentIs detail-oriented and committed to doing quality workCan balance longer-term projects with day-to-day service needsIs willing to work extended hours during peak seasons, including some evenings and weekends What You'll BringMechanical and technical aptitude (experience preferred but not required)Interest or experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systemsAbility to use standard desktop computer applicationsWillingness to learn and take on new responsibilitiesClean driving record and valid driver's license requiredAbility to travel for training and meetings, as neededMust provide own basic hand toolsPrior experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment service strongly desiredAgriculture background a plus Why Join Team Swiderski?
