Guest Services Associate
Job Summary: Guest Services Representatives are the front line of the Brundage Mountain Resort guest experience. This role is responsible for selling and fulfilling lift tickets, season passes, reservations, and mountain products while serving as a knowledgeable and welcoming resource for guests throughout their visit. Guest Services Team Members help create memorable experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented service in a fast-paced mountain environment. Team members act as an information source for guests regarding resort products, activities, events, mountain operations, and the McCall area while ensuring every interaction reflects the Brundage brand and culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Meet, greet, and assist guests before, during, and after their visit to Brundage Mountain Resort.Sell and fulfill lift tickets, season passes, reservations, rentals, and mountain activity products using POS and reservation systems.Provide accurate information regarding resort operations, mountain conditions, events, activities, policies, and local area recommendations.Assist guests with pass issues, reservation questions, ticket changes, and general problem resolution in a professional and timely manner.Maintain thorough knowledge of all Brundage Mountain Resort products, promotions, and services.Answer guest communications via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and attention to detail.Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily sales accountability procedures.Support group sales, special events, and resort activities as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.Uphold resort safety policies and guest service standards at all times.Work collaboratively with other departments to create a seamless guest experience across the mountain. Job Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentPrevious Customer Service Experience RequiredPrevious Cash-Handling Experience Required Other Requirements:Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Comfortable learning multiple software systems and resort productsAbility to work in a high-alpine environmentMust be able to work a Wednesday-Sunday Schedule including HolidaysThis position works primarily indoors in a guest-facing environment with occasional outdoor responsibilities during events or peak operational periods
